It’s an AI treasurer for crypto teams, in your Telegram chat. The agent pays vendors and contributors, trades for the team treasury, and pays for the services it uses. One onchain policy sets the limits for all of it, and anything outside the policy is refused and recorded with the reason.
Solana and Cardano, in one app. The agent, the Telegram bot, and the Mini App are the same whichever chain your treasury lives on, and a smart contract on that chain enforces your policy. See what works today.
Only inside your policy. The agent proposes, and a smart contract checks each request against your caps, budgets, and payee allowlist before anything moves. The agent can never withdraw or change the policy.
It’s refused and recorded, and the owner can pay it directly from their own wallet.
Neither. Your treasury sits in a smart contract that your wallet controls. A multisig makes several people sign every payment. Pact lets requests inside your policy go through on their own, refuses everything outside it, and records each refusal where anyone can verify it. An agent does the payment and trading work in your chat and checks every address against who your team actually pays.
No. The bot joins the Telegram group your team already uses and answers when someone mentions @pact. Everything else opens as a Mini App inside Telegram.
Paying contributors, freelancers, bounties, auditors, and vendors in stablecoins, and trading the treasury within limits. Pact is not a payroll provider: it doesn’t handle employment, tax, or compliance for salaries.
Treat it as the riskiest moment. The new address has to be added as a payee and wait out the activation delay, and the card marks it as a changed address. Confirm it with the vendor through a channel you already trust.
Yes. The owner revokes the agent in one transaction and withdraws with their own wallet. Your treasury never depends on Pact’s servers.
No. Pact uses test tokens. On Solana, the smart contract is deployed on devnet, where payments, trades, and refusals have been verified. Cardano’s contracts and demo treasury are deployed on Preprod; the complete live wallet flow still needs verification. The contracts are not audited. See what works today.
Undecided. Our working idea is a flat monthly fee per team, free under a small monthly volume, with no fee per payment or refusal. We’re testing that with our first teams.
