Coming with the beta. Vendor payments work on Solana devnet today. Asking for them in Telegram and seeing cards in the chat arrive with the Telegram bot and Mini App. See what works today.

Ask for a payment

Mention @pact in the team chat with the invoice, as you would today: a message, a PDF, or a screenshot with the amount and the payee. The agent reads it, matches the payee on your allowlist, and proposes the payment. If the agent can’t match the payee, it asks in the chat instead of guessing.

What happens next

When a payment is over the cap

Today, a payment over the cap is refused. If it’s expected, the owner can pay it directly from their own wallet.

The agent’s own spending

When the agent uses a paid service, such as a research or translation tool, it pays from a small purse. The purse is topped up only inside the service budget in your policy, and never holds more than the purse cap, so the agent can’t spend more than you allowed.

Find a receipt

Every payment and refusal is posted in the chat and kept in the Mini App’s activity list. Each entry links to the transaction on a block explorer, so anyone, including the person you paid, can check it without trusting Pact.
